"So... the items I got were…"
So... the items I got were nice, but trying to return one of them was annoying. It took too long to get answers, and the exchange process wasn’t very clear. For the prices, I expected the whole thing to be a lot easier. I’m not sure I’d order again.

I found the chairs I’d been wanting and was surprised they were actually in stock. Checkout was simple, and thankfully there wasn’t any random backorder message popping up afterward, which always feels like such an avoidable headache...

I was kind of on the fence about ordering from Serena & Lily because, yeah, some of their stuff is definitely not cheap. But I ended up catching a sale, and the price felt a lot more reasonable for what I got. The pieces feel sturdy, and they just look more polished than a bunch of similar things I was looking at elsewhere. Shipping was fine too, nothing wild or annoying. I probably wouldn’t buy everything full price, but if there’s a discount going, I’d definitely shop there again.

I was a bit hesitant at first since Serena & Lily can be on the pricier side, but I’m really glad I went for it. The fabric and finish feel high quality, and it actually looks even better in person than I expected. Shipping went smoothly, and everything arrived well packed. I’ve bought cheaper home pieces before that didn’t hold up, so this feels like something that will be worth it over time. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase.

I ordered a chair from Serena & Lily i’ve been really happy with it. It’s so comfortable that I end up sitting in it pretty much every night now, if that makes sense. Delivery was smooth too, with no issues at all

"Order was mostly fine, but the mix-up was annoying"
My Serena & Lily order showed up on time, and most of it was right, but one item came in the wrong color. It felt a little careless, like nobody really checked the order before sending it out. Customer service did help me get it sorted, but it still took extra time and effort that could’ve been avoided. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating when you’re expecting everything to match what you ordered. I’d probably order again, but next time I’d open the box and check everything right away.

"Nice product, but delivery was a hassle"
The stuff itself is nice, but the delivery experience was frustrating. It’s hard to describe, but it felt like I had to keep chasing them for basic updates. My order was delayed twice, and I ended up calling multiple times just to figure out what was going on. For the price, I really expected the service to be a lot smoother.

I keep finding myself going back to Serena & Lily because their style just feels calm, fresh, and pulled together without looking overdone. I love the mix of colors, textures, and patterns — it has that easy coastal vibe I’m always drawn to. Even when I’m not buying anything, I’ll browse the site and end up getting ideas for my own rooms. Some items are definitely on the expensive side, and not every piece is something I’d splurge on, but overall I really enjoy their design style. It’s still one of my favorite places to look for home inspiration.

"Felt like they really knew what they were doing"
My Serena & Lily order arrived in great shape, my gut reaction was that they really take their packaging seriously. The box felt sturdy, the corners were protected, and nothing was sliding around or scratched up inside. I’m always a little unsure about ordering home stuff online, but this showed up clean, secure, and basically perfect. Definitely left me feeling good about the order.

"Pretty, but it feels a bit hit-or-miss"
It looks really in person, and I do like the style overall. But for the price, the quality just feels a little uneven to me. Some parts seem nice, while others make it feel not quite as polished as I expected. I wanted to love it more than I do.

“I have to agree with Lisa M's reply. I read one review about Serena & Lily that was very negative, but commented later that the company eventually made it right. It shouldn't take so much time and effort to force a company to "finally make it right." I'm taking them to the BBB this week and would encourage others to do so, as well.”
